Rainbow Braid-Hawk Bead Style
As you can see I stink at coming up with names for these styles LOL. I wanted to do a cornbraided mohawk and N wanted me to do something with alot of beads. So I tried my best to do it all, and it came out pretty nice!
Instructions:
1.) Start off making a part going from ear to ear.
2.) Beginning in the back section, I started cornbraiding going down.
3.) Once I braided down about a few centimeters, I stopped braiding and added a bead. Then I continued braiding all the way down.
4.) I continued braiding the entire back section of N's hair, following step #3.
5.) On the top section, I began making parts on the right side of her ear, going towards the center of N's hair.
6.) Then I continued step #3
7.) Next, on the left side of her ear, I made braids going toward the center of her hair. Then I followed step #3
8.)Once I reached the front piece of her hair I added a rubberband.
9.) Finally, I made 2 two-strand twists and added beads to the ends of her hair.
Sorry if the braids seem fuzzy, I took these pictures on day 2.

That is so pretty! I love the rainbow beads
LOL I stink too coming up with names for styles and when I can't think of a name I call it the "Style of the Day" haha. I love this style, very cute and I don't think the braids look fuzzy at all. I didn't realize how long N's hair is wow! Now how long do you think this style will last in her hair? How did you get the beads at the top of the braids?
Thanks everyone! This style lasted us about 5 days, it could of went longer but I don't like alot of frizzies and it's a constant battle to stop her 1 yr old brother from tugging and pulling at her beads LOL.
Love the style & colors. Like how you added the beads on the side.
This reminds me of my beaded days as a child....New follower from MBC here I would love for you to return the favor and join my Natural Hair blogger group.

Love the rainbow colors! I haven't tried beads in the middle of cornrows yet; maybe this will be good inspiration to try. =)
And if it makes you feel any better, I'm lousy at naming hairstyles, too. Somehow mine all end up sounding the same!
