1.)Your name and little one's name/nickname?
-My name is 'London' and my daughter's name is 'Princess.'
2.)Whats your haircare routine?
-Every two weeks I wash her hair with Suave Professionals Almond & Shea Butter Shampoo and condition with Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Conditioner. I towel dry for a couple of minutes so the water won't be dripping all over the place. While it's still wet, I part it into sections and spray Soft & Beautiful Just For Me! 2-In-1 Conditioner Detangler in it and detangle with my fingers, then go through it with a wide tooth comb, and then go back through it with a brush. By the time I'm done, her hair is nearly dry so I start to style!
3.)What products are you currently using?
-The products I use while styling is BB Oil Moisturizer (for shine), HEHH Conditioner (for lightness), and Kids Organic Gro Strong Triple Action Stimulating Therapy (to reduce frizziness). I mix the BB Oil Moisturizer and HEHH conditioner together and apply to the hair.
4.)Do you use (or will or will not use) heat/chemicals on the child's hair?
-When I wanted to try the straight look on her hair, the cosmetologist used a flat iron and I've used a flat iron on her hair a couple of times after that, BUT NOT OFTEN. For her hair like hers, I DEFINITELY do not suggest using heat on it a lot. It definitely dries it out quick! I'm not using chemicals though. EVER!
5.)Do you use heat/chemicals on your hair?
-YES! Unlike her, I have a different hair type. It requires chemicals (not saying it's nappy), but I've gotten quite use to perms. I would love to try the natural thing though.
6.)What was the worst hair tip you have received?
-I don't think I've received any...YET.
7.)Do you cut/trim the hair? if so how often?
-I've personally never trimmed her hair, although it's time for me to start. I believe she's only had her hair trimmed twice in her life (which is bad, I know, lol).
8.)What is some hair advice you would like to share?
-Hmm, hair advice...I'm not a licensed hair stylist so I personally can't give out advice to people. I'm believe I'm an amateur myself. I can say though, if you have trouble braiding/cornrowing hair there are Youtube videos out there to help! I haven't had to use them, but some has and it seemed to work. Also, if you have problems doing two/three strand twists, again, Youtube videos. I learned how to do them on there and they are DEFINITELY helpful!
