Product Review: Made From Earth Products (Part:1)

I was given the opportunity to review several products from Made From Earth. Not only do they have 100% organic products for hair, they also have products for skin. I have to admit, I'm one of those people who will read the ingredients on every hair care bottle, but when it comes to skin and foods. Well, sadly I don't even glance at the ingredients. I decided to not only review their hair product, but also their skin care line.

Review: Fall is here and winter will soon follow, N's skin has changed over the past 2 years. She had regular, to kind of oily skin and was never ashy. But last winter, I noticed her knees and elbows were becoming dry. She started to apply cocoa butter to her skin after her bath. Then in the morning I would add some baby oil to those areas, to help her skin to not look dull & dry. This worked okay :/ So I knew we needed to step our skin care game up for this winter. She bathes with these soaps, and then I add some olive oil to her bath. This works sooo much better, than the cheap cocoa butter she normally used. Since these soaps contain oil, there was no need for me to add anything the next day.

Now, when it comes to shampoos and soaps, there is 1 thing I cannot stand!! and that is a product with no lather. Well ladies & gents, these have a really nice thick lather! Which is an A+ in my book, and they also have a "true" scent. Some products that contain lavender, lemon, or orange, either have a faint smell, or is too overpowering. All of these scents were great. My favorite soap would be the Lavender Calm Soap, the scent was perfect. I bathe my Son with this, and we all know what that scent does to the little ones. Yes, he was knocked out shortly after his bath. Normally organic stuff is a tad pricey, but these prices are great, ranging from only $4.99-$6.50. Now that's a deal!

Ms Bree's skin has become very ashy too, specially around her knees and elbows. I had tried Triple Lanolin and Cocoa Butter but an hour later it looked like I had not applied anything to her skin. I will def. will try the Lavender Soap. Where do I find them? or is it an online product only?? Thanks for a great review!

It is available online at http://www.madefromearth.com/content/soap-lavender-calm
and I hope it will stop the dryness on Ms Bree's skin.
